The 100 Day Build
Efficiency is the first word I think of when I hear a 100 day build. It's far too often, we hear of single family homes that are sub 4,000 square ft taking six, nine or even twelve months; adding unnecessary finance costs to a real estate investor's bottom line. Integrating systems like Houzz, and Company Cam enable our sub-contractors to effective communicate within a centralized system to help reduce misfires that may throw a 100 day build off schedule. Under this same approach, managing material vendors are another critical aspect within this. By ordering materials in advance with reasonable time buffers, it allows each specific trade to have ample time in completing each particular stage of the construction project.
Time delays are certainly expected but if properly planned can reduce the overall impact so that time schedules are not jeopardized.
